We’re looking for a Senior Director/VP with expertise in retail and consumer-focused IT services to join our team in Germany/DACH.
You will have an opportunity to work with the best-in-class engineering, digital innovation and design teams supporting you to shape product vision. As a unit leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the products of our clients that impact the lives of millions of people worldwide.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrable expertise in Retail and Consumer products and clients in the region
  • Deep industry experience in trend-setting, digital and innovative technology leadership roles or equivalent from a recognized consultancy
  • Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
  • Leadership ability with a willingness to lead and recruit teams
  • Gravitas and personal credibility with senior executives
  • Proven ability to manage consulting engagements or digital innovation transformation programs
  • Sound business acumen, commercial and strategic skills, numeric fluency, negotiation skills and a commitment to diversity
  • Full fluency in both German and English language is required
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in the CPGR space, offering consultative solutions
  • Represent EPAM DACH and act as an ambassador to drive brand awareness at events, conferences and trade shows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute technology-focused transformation projects
  • Assess client opportunities, generate/respond to RFPs, create proposals and establish senior client relationships with the support of sales/pre-sales teams
  • Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models and lead transitions from sales to delivery
  • Stay informed about current trends, unique opportunities and challenges in the sectors, markets and geographies (focus on DACH as a primary region)
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to maximize practice growth within Retail and Consumer Products portfolios
  • Align with regional Business Unit goals, supporting company financial objectives, including revenue and profit targets
  • Lead and develop skills within a team of consultants, client partners and account managers
