Are you a strategic relationship builder with a passion for the Aftermarket sector? We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Account Executive to lead and grow our presence across New South Wales and Tasmania. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our Distribution Business, managing high-value OEM & INDEPENDANT relationships and driving the sales strategy for our aftermarket products. You’ll act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring their success while identifying new avenues for our business growth. Location - Sydney is the preferred location for a Remote Office In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Strategic Growth: Develop and execute account sales plans that align with our long-term business strategy, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded. Relationship Leadership: Build and maintain "trusted advisor" status with assigned accounts and OEM partners. Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market footprint. Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and implementation of commercial contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Customer Advocacy: Act as the "Voice of the Customer" internally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver exceptional service.
