As a Senior Account Executive on our Wholesale Sales team, you are the face of AFR to mortgage brokers. You’ll build strong, consultative relationships, provide tailored loan solutions, and help your partners grow their businesses — all while driving production for one of the most trusted names in the industry.   • Develop, grow, and manage a portfolio of broker accounts through proactive outreach and strategic relationship management
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
  • Leverage AFR’s full suite of products, pricing, and technology solutions to provide brokers with competitive options
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding brokers’ business needs and aligning solutions to their goals
  • Partner with internal teams, including operations and underwriting, to ensure seamless loan processing and delivery
  • Analyze pipeline performance and report on production metrics to identify trends and areas of opportunity
  • Stay current on market conditions, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide informed guidance to your broker partners
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen broker relationships
