Are you a driven and strategic communicator with a passion for medical affairs? We’re seeking a talented senior account executive to join our team and work across a variety of projects within rare diseases.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

In this role, you will manage client relationships, develop innovative communication strategies, and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver impactful campaigns that make a difference in patients’ lives. You’ll have the opportunity to work on educational events, advisory boards, medical resources and internal training materials across multiple client accounts.
You can work from any of our UK offices or completely remotely from anywhere in the UK or Ireland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working as part of an account handling team supporting medical affairs clients in the field of rare diseases
  • Driving the delivery of projects to a high standard, on time and within the agreed budget
  • Taking the lead on smaller projects and key elements of larger initiatives, managing timelines, budgets and resources effectively
  • Key point of contact for clients, medical experts and third-party suppliers, building effective and efficient partnerships rooted in trust
  • Providing seamless logistical support, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience
  • Providing on-site support to clients
  • Contributing to account-level project planning, financial management and knowledge sharing
  • Contributing to organic growth of the accounts, supporting idea generation and development of new project proposals
  • Establishing and building positive long-term relationships with client teams and medical experts
  • Building collaborative partnerships across internal teams
