We’re hiring! Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Senior Account Executive – Corporate Team to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. Responsibilities: Approaching new clients or assisting Manager in approaching new clients Preparing, negotiating, comparing quotations Following up to secure the new business Arranging issuance of policy documents properly Carrying-out post-sale services (seminar, leaflet, premium payment follow-up, etc.) Being responsible for handling and providing services to existing assigned accounts Introducing telephone calls, correspondence, letter and possible seminars, visits, entertainments with clients as needed basis throughout year Preparing renewal documents, questionnaire, pre-renewal presentation, audit existing covers for renewal, collect quotations; prepare renewal confirmations to underwriters and renewal documents Participating in identifying types of insurance that should be targeted for penetration and assisting in new business presentation Responding to client enquiries in an efficient and professional manner and maintaining close business relationships with the clients and the underwriters Other tasks as assigned. Skills and experience that will lead to success. University graduates Good customer relationship management skills Strong skills in written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills required Self-disciplined and organized Strong interpersonal skills –effective communicator across organizational levels, self-awareness and emotional intelligence Good skills on MS systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
