THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Senior Account Executive to join our ANZ Sales team. You’ll focus on acquiring and growing mid-market and enterprise customers across our product suite, with a focus on delivering tailored, value-based solutions.
This is a remote role, ideal for candidates based on the East Coast of Australia. You’ll work closely with pre-sales and product specialists to create incredible buying experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle for net-new opportunities across our commerce and retail products (Neto, Retail Express, Marketing Cloud, Merchandising Cloud)
  • Prospect, qualify, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise retail/e-commerce customers
  • Develop account plans and lead tailored value-based sales conversations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and CS to ensure long-term customer success
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
  • Represent Maropost at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements (as needed)

    What You Bring

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS or retail tech

  • Proven ability to sell into mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Strong discovery, solution selling, and closing skills
  • Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders including C-level
  • Understanding of retail workflows (eCommerce, POS, CX, Martech or logistics is a bonus)
  • Self-starter with a passion for value-driven selling and customer success
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
