About the role The purpose of this role is to manage and grow a portfolio of Construction clients, advising on a range of products including: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing Construction clients Identifying and articulating insurable risks, designing bespoke insurance solutions, and negotiating competitive outcomes in the global insurance market Developing and maintaining meaningful partnerships with underwriting markets Managing budgets, business plans, and debtor performance Actively mentoring and supporting team members Building a sustainable new business pipeline to support long‑term growth Promoting the Gallagher brand within the local business community Skills and experience This is an excellent opportunity, and to be eligible for consideration, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to the Insurance sector (Construction area), along with the following: Strong account management experience gained within general insurance broking Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification Pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery Highly developed communication and negotiation skills Driven and professional disposition with a willingness to contribute to a team environment Why Join Gallagher?
