• Assistance in the financial aspects of the company’s business and strategy, including accounting management, financial planning, financial procedures, internal audit (if any), property, cost control and investment research and analysis;
• Assistance in the risk management and internal control;
• Assistance in the annual financial budget according to the company’s business development plan and follow up its implementation;
• Participate in the analysis of the company’s major investment issues, and provide financial analysis and suggest decision-making basis for the company’s development and outbound investment, if any and necessary;
• Assistance in budgeting, forecasting and planning process with various stakeholders to ensure financial targets are met;
• Assistance in developing, implementing and driving compliance through audits, internal controls and financial/accounting policies and procedures;
• Assistance in implementing financial management and cost controls to ensure cost efficiencies across all functions;
• Responsible Monthly Closing, Finance Report and Analysis of respective component; and
• Assistance in completion of Semi-annual/ Annual Report and ensure reporting is prepared in a timely manner.
