Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Deck is building the backbone of user-permissioned data—utilities, payroll, commerce, and more. Demand is exploding, and we’re looking for a sharp, agile Senior Account Executive to help turn raw traction into repeatable growth.
This isn’t a plug-and-play sales role. You’ll work directly with leadership to shape go-to-market, define the ICP, close foundational deals, and build the systems and culture that scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the full sales cycle across verticals like fintech, climate, logistics, and SaaS
  • Build deep customer relationships and navigate complex orgs
  • Feed insights back to product and help shape our GTM engine
  • Codify what works and help define playbooks, tools, and metrics
