KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:



    • Min 3-4 years of working in digital and social within an agency, marketing firm or editorial digital publisher.

    • You have a strong leadership figure, confident and representative, excellent management skills.
    • Track record in content and social strategies, audience planning/mapping, community management as well as new, innovative technologies
    • Experience across both consumer and B2B clients
    • Passion for using digital to amplify campaigns, someone who can partner with clients, work on unlocking local opportunities and ultimately ensure that client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
    • Awareness and understanding of managing executive profile pages.
    • Strong communications skills, verbal and written - able to develop high-quality strategy, write documents and proposals.
    Responsibilities

    YOUR ROLE

    The Digital and Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing and social media strategy. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can drive brand awareness, enhance engagement, and generate leads through various digital platforms.

    KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



      • You will be responsible in overseeing management of social, content, and potential influencer activity across DP World digital programs.

      • You will manage and develop client relations, exhibit best practice in handling client requests
      • Deliver digital and integrated projects from start to finish – including resource management, project management, budget control and client liaison.
      • Proactively identify digital opportunities on existing clients and new business processes; experience in working with finance in forecasting
      • Oversee quality and operational performance of the digital output, meeting deadlines, coach and guide junior team members and work closely with hub / large teams sitting across markets.
      • You will have a client leadership skills and strategic thinking across digital programs and integrated campaigns.
