Currently we are looking for:

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the success of a portfolio of high-value and strategic Enterprise accounts
  • Foster long-term partnerships by understanding clients’ strategic goals and positioning Digital Workforce as a trusted partner in their innovation and business automation journeys.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, aligning Digital Workforce’s Business Automation Solutions, such as AI Agents and Business Process Management, with clients’ evolving business needs.
  • Account management securing long term commitment through activities such as monitoring health metrics, coordinating internal teams and contract and renewal management
  • Drive net new sales as part of the sales team, by proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within existing Digital Workforce accounts and new prospects.
  • Collaborate to success: Achieve success in sales and customer satisfaction by working closely with value engineering, solution architects, customer success, and operations
