  • To identify and build relationships with customers that can benefit from the differentiated business outcomes that Dizzion’s solutions deliver for them.
  • Create a positive impression of Dizzion’s sales organization on every person they encounter, including customers, partners, and coworkers.
  • Have a natural curiosity and desire to help customers solve business challenges.
  • Grow net-new logo bookings through direct and indirect sales channels, with a strong focus on leveraging partnerships.

Requirements:

SOLUTION SELLING SKILLS

  • Able to use advanced discovery and questioning skills to identify real business challenges
  • Organized approach to managing sales stages and rigorous application of sales stage exit requirements
  • Mature, informed forecasting approach that produces consistently accurate results
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC, with the ability to operationalize this into sales approach
  • Team-selling ability that includes coordination with internal teams and co-selling partners.

DOMAIN EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Verbalize value proposition and business outcomes of solutions in the Desktop as a Service (DaaS), remote workspace, and Cloud PC industry
  • Able to quantify how our solutions make money, save money, and reduce risk for customers
  • Competitive understanding, awareness, and differentiation within the DaaS and VDI landscape
  • Knowledge of the public cloud technology ecosystem and landscape, including knowledge of key partners
  • Understanding of the range of consumption pricing models used in SaaS/DaaS space
  • ICP-focused selling experience—mid-market, SMB, and Enterprise spaces, including relevant vertical and use case experience
  • Awareness of endpoint device, endpoint security and management vendors, and their fit with the cloud-based desktop landscape

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience selling technology in IT infrastructure and software
  • Experience with complex sales cycles with an average cycle time of 3-9 months.
  • Consistent track record of attaining annual quotas of $1MM+ in ARR.
  • Strong understanding of the Virtual Desktop space.

The hiring manager for this role is Matt MacArthur, Sr. Vice President of Global Sales. Matt leads the Dizzion Sales, Partner, and Customer Success teams with a focus on driving net-new logo acquisition and accelerating sales into our targeted customer markets. He brings over 20 years’ experience in information technology sales. Matt previously served as Head of Sales for HP Inc. (Anyware software division) and Teradici.
