YOUR PROFILE

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including navigating complex deal cycles and stakeholder structures. Enterprise selling
  • Familiarity with structured sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
  • Experience working with technical stakeholders, IP or R&D-driven
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (e.g., French, Dutch, or Italian)
  • You think like a builder: curious, hands-on, and motivated by creating something new
  • You balance structure and pragmatism: data-driven, yet solution-focused and flexible
    You show up as a sparring partner – for customers and your team alike.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

IamIP is scaling across Europe – and we’re looking for a senior commercial talent to lead that journey.
As Senior Account Executive, you’ll own your deals while driving the development of new markets such as Benelux, France, or Italy but also support our core market in DACH. You’ll take on a dual role: winning new business and acting as a strategic Market Captain who identifies opportunities, shapes go-to-market strategies and expands IamIP’s European footprint. You come up with your own “territory plan” and ideas.
This isn’t your typical hunter role or a farmer person. We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial – a strategic thinker, team player, and builder with the confidence to operate hands-on and the ambition to create real, straegic and longterm impact.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and discovery to pitching, negotiation, and closing. Able to execute first highlevel product demos and clear need analysis.
  • Take full ownership of new markets – including GTM strategy, partnerships, and key customer relationships
  • Act as a market ambassador: represent IamIP at industry events, partner engagements, and thought-leadership opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with our BDR team – but also proactively book and manage your own meetings and pipeline if needed
  • Work with proven sales playbooks, Salesforce CRM, and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC – but adapt when needed to build trust and close complex deals
  • Share your insights and help elevate the entire sales team by contributing to internal enablement and best practices
  • Keep your activities and pipeline transparent, up to date, and structured
