The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to drive new business for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central practice. This is a critical role for an individual who is passionate about sales, understands the value of modern ERP solutions, and is eager to build a strong pipeline of new clients. This is a high-reward, commission-based role with significant cash bonuses and a clear path to a stable, hybrid salary and leadership position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, preferably within the ERP or business applications space.
  • Strong understanding of the SMB market and the operational challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics products or the Microsoft ecosystem is a significant plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Conduct market research to identify target companies, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
  • Engage with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling to generate interest and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Business Central, demonstrating how it solves specific business challenges for prospects in the SMB market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead qualification and discovery to presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to create compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer information in a CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build a professional network and represent the company.
