The Role We’re on the hunt for a Senior Account Executive who’s ready to get stuck in. Someone who loves the detail, keeps things moving, and brings positive energy to every project. You’ll be a key part of the account team, supporting the day to day delivery across exciting social work and helping build strong, trusted client relationships from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and other department teams to keep projects on track, briefs crystal clear, and creative output landing on time and on brief. This role supports two exciting new business wins, with your time split 50/50 across both accounts - ideal for someone who loves variety, pace, and learning across high-profile brands. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the day to day You’ll support the smooth running of retained clients and project work, helping manage timelines, actions, and deliverables from kick off through to delivery. Client Comms Support You’ll help keep communication flowing between agency and client, sharing updates, tracking feedback, and ensuring next steps are clear and actioned. Project Coordination You’ll keep things organised and moving; setting up meetings, taking notes, managing actions, and supporting teams across creative, strategy, paid and influencer to deliver great work. Process & Detail Management You’ll have a sharp eye for detail; checking decks, timelines and deliverables to make sure everything is accurate, aligned, and ready to go. Commercial Awareness You’ll have a good understanding of scopes, time and budget, helping the team keep delivery efficient and commercially sound. Social First Delivery You’ll bring a strong interest in social and platform best practice, supporting the team with research, references, and trend aware thinking that helps shape stronger responses. Reporting & Insights Support You’ll support reporting cycles by gathering data, helping identify key takeaways, and contributing to insight led recommendations that improve future work. Creative Collaboration You’ll work closely with creative and strategy teams to support development of responses to briefs, helping shape clear, compelling work for clients. Team Contribution You’ll be a collaborative, can-do team player; someone who steps up, follows through, and supports teammates at every (and any) level. Presenting & Participation You’ll contribute confidently in internal meetings and client calls, and over time build confidence in presenting work and updates. What We're Looking For A proactive doer with experience in an Account Executive (or similar) role at a social or creative agency (1+ years preferred). A natural communicator with strong relationship building skills, internally and externally. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a clear approach to managing actions and deadlines. Commercially aware, with a good understanding of how scope, time and budget connect. Social-first in mindset, with a passion for creative work and culture. A team player who brings energy, curiosity and initiative to every challenge. Calm under pressure, with the ability to bring clarity and momentum in a fast-paced environment.
