Ready to accelerate digital transformation at the AI frontier? We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team in the Netherlands. At Genesys, we don’t just help businesses connect better with their customers, we empower you to build meaningful relationships and deliver real impact.
At Genesys, our flexible work approach is built on trust and designed to balance collaboration, culture, and individual needs. This role is hybrid, combining remote work with onsite customer and partner meetings, as well as an in-office presence in Amsterdam, depending on business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Account Management
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Dutch market.
  • Navigate RFP and RFI processes
  • Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end: discovery, value proposition, proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Manage Genesys accounts through accurate forecasting, strategic planning, and resource alignment
  • Align customer business needs with Genesys offerings to support digital and AI transformation initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Drive customer retention, expansion, and long-term value through cross-sell and up-sell strategies
  • Actively promote Genesys solutions through direct engagements and via business partners
  • Work with Marketing on demand generation and joint GTM campaigns
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Delivery, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B experience in B2B SaaS Sales
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, comfortable closing 6 figure deals.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior executives
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing long-term strategic accounts
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree (Business, IT, Engineering, or related field)
  • Background in SaaS, AI or CX software
  • Experience in indirect sales/channel models
