Senior Account Executive
This role opens up opportunities for candidates based in Singapore or Malaysia.
As an experienced consultative sales professional, the Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in net new business from partners, prospects and current customers. This individual must be proficient in maximizing revenues through a combination of direct/indirect sales and will have demonstrable experience in direct sales and therefore ‘high-touch’ capabilities.
The senior Account Executive must have experience selling business solutions in one or more of the following or closely-related categories: Contact Centre, Social Engagements, CRM applications, SaaS and Communications. Experience with positioning and selling AI, Data analytics across business processes will be advantageous.
The Account Executive is required to solve the business needs of prospects and customers by aligning those needs and objectives with Genesys solution(s). As an Account Executive, you are responsible for all opportunities, accounts and partners assigned to you that will likely fall across a myriad of markets (Singapore, Indonesia), industries and sizes.
You will be assigned to focus on one or more industry verticals with opportunities in that vertical across a range of sizes. As part of the role the individual will be expected to research the business issues particular to that vertical sector and become a subject matter expert in that industry vertical. The intention is that you will be crafting solutions for customers that are specifically relevant to the issues they face in their particular industry.
