Develops and maintains good client and partner agency relationships Passionate about Client’s business and becomes extremely knowledge about all aspects of it. Runs internal status meetings with the ability to keep on track and move projects forward. Writes conference reports that accurately reflect the meeting and can be sent to the client with minimal changes. Manages, understands and acts on client requests. Demonstrates a clear understanding of key trends and stats, and can draw conclusions to foster greater team understanding and smarter solutions. Knows competition and how to gather key competitive data and materials. Key Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in account management, with a focus on the BFSI sector. Proven experience working with integrated media, including digital, traditional, and social platforms. Ability to manage large-scale projects independently, from strategy to execution. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle disorganized or complex clients. Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills. Financial acumen to manage budgets and drive account profitability. Experience in working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
