Responsibilities: Being responsible for providing satisfactory services to assigned customers in arranging wellbeing activities, answering queries and coordinating activities to ensure the quality of services and compliance with standard business procedures. Being responsible to provide other colleagues with advice within the professional area. Regularly report to management. Handling new business in co-operation with Account Management - AM/Sale Teams, including: Approaching new clients or assisting AM/Sale in approaching new clients; Preparing quotations for Wellbeing; Following-up in order to secure the new business; Arranging issuance of contract properly; Carrying-out post-sale services (seminar, leaflet, premium payment follow-up, etc.); Being responsible for handling and providing services to wellbeing related activities; Assist Wellbeing Manager in dealing with wellbeing vendors Being respond to client enquiries in an efficient and professional manner and maintain close business relationship with the clients and wellbeing vendors; Other tasks as assigne Skills and experience that will lead to success. Professional skills Design and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations. Write bilingual communication content in English and Vietnamese. Manage timelines and report on program effectiveness. Capable of organizing events for approximately 30 participants. Working & communication skills Able to work independently and proactively. Communicate effectively internally with multiple departments. Manage client relationships effectively. Partnerships / network Build and maintain networks (preference for experience or connections in the healthcare/medical sector). Experience in vendor management. Attitude & interests Strong interest in health-related topics. Growth mindset. Professional working attitude.
