We are looking for a "hunter" who combines strategic depth with a relentless drive to build a pipeline from scratch. Key Responsibilities Identify and research high-potential clients through multi-channel outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships. Own the full sales lifecycle, from initial cold outreach and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Lead deep-dive discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points and articulate tailored marketing solutions that drive ROI. Manage and maintain a meticulous pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting and high data integrity. Collaborate closely with the Growth & Revenue Director to align sales strategies with the agency’s expansion goals. Facilitate seamless handoffs to the delivery team post-close, acting as the client’s internal advocate to ensure long-term satisfaction. Build and nurture a network of referral partners and complementary agencies to diversify lead sources. Actively integrate AI tools into the sales workflow to enhance productivity and outreach personalization. 5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically within a digital marketing agency or a closely related professional services environment. Proven track record of full-cycle sales ownership, with documented success in meeting or exceeding revenue quotas. Mastery of the discovery process, with the ability to move beyond generic pitching to value-based selling. Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or equivalent) with a disciplined approach to pipeline management. Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of commanding a room and tailoring messages to business owners. A proactive approach to technology, with genuine comfort and experience using AI tools to optimize sales workflows. South African based with a focus on regional market dynamics. Nice-to-Haves Experience selling retainer-based or recurring revenue service models. Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket or collision repair industries. Background in developing or executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new territories or verticals. An existing network of professional contacts or referral partners.
