We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to support our growing influencer practice and join us in a hybrid role in our New York City or San Francisco offices. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the influencer landscape, brings ample experience in campaign execution, and ideally has worked across consumer, tech, and b2b brands. About the Role Execute paid influencer campaigns from start to finish, inclusive of strategy development, influencer identification & vetting, creative brief development, outreach & negotiations, contracting, briefing and content development. Serve as project manager, including creating timelines, facilitating reviews & approvals, communicating status updates to clients and ensuring campaigns follow deadlines. Assist with managing campaign finances, such as budget tracking, vendor documentation and invoicing. Develop campaign, quarterly and annual reports that illustrate ROI and contextualize results. Collaborate with PR team to facilitate earned influencer programming and identify opportunities for integrated programming to achieve business goals . Interpret influencer metrics to predict performance, strategically identify creators, evaluate results and assess key learnings for future programs. Utilize Influencer tools (e.g., Sprout Social, CreatorIQ) and tech platforms to compile influencer recommendations, manage programs and report performance. Maintain relationships with vendors, key stakeholders, clients and influencer agents/managers. Monitor and keep abreast of industry news & trends and report updates to team. Participate in agency new business to grow influencer capabilities. Qualifications Ability to join us in a hybrid model of working in-person in the office weekly. 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, public relations, or brand management in an agency or a non-agency setting. Demonstrated success in end-to-end influencer relations, including strategic planning, identification, vetting, negotiation, creative and content direction, relationship management, measurement and analysis. Possesses organizational skills necessary to best manage process of influencer contracting/legal, invoicing/financial execution, and data collection related to influencer audience and post-specific metrics. An understanding of industry regulatory and promotional rules: Must understand the disclosure guidelines as set by the FTC and provide sound counsel to clients and influencers. Ability and enthusiasm to work in a cross-collaborative team setting. Excellent presentation and strategic planning skills. Ideally has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred. The anticipated U.S. salary range for the Senior Account Executive level is $58,000-$82,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography.
