JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage daily finance operations, including General Ledger, General Journals, Accounts Receivables, and Accounts Payables.
• Oversee monthly closing processes and produce timely, accurate management reports.
• Ensure all payments comply with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit GST and corporate tax filings accurately and on time.
• Ensure all statutory filings are up to date.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties, including vendors and clients.
• Perform ad-hoc finance or administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (Computer Science is optional but less relevant for this role).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Construction industry.
• Proficient in maintaining day-to-day operations of multiple financial or ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
