Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies that just works. We help some of the world’s fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually. We are hiring an experienced Account Executive with a passion for building relationships. This account executive should be strategic and hands on, and be able to translate technical problems into simple and compelling solutions. They should be resourceful and a self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate is passionate about fully understanding a domain, and succeeds by providing expertise and value to your clients. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for strategic verticals Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for early- and late-stage fintech companies Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning business Build relationships with executive stakeholders Be accountable for meeting/exceeding agreed-upon sales targets Become the go-to expert for your verticals, and use that expertise to provide value to your prospects and insights to our product teams Deeply understand our products and how they apply to customer problems, so you can be successful before we fully ramp solution engineering, sales development, and enablement Partner with Marketing on customer targeting, outbound campaigns, and optimizing conversion rates at every funnel stage What You Bring: 5+ years of proven success in quota carrying sales role, with demonstrated experience selling SaaS based solutions Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment Demonstrated proficiency in technical products and APIs Passion for achieving goals in an early/growth stage environment Proven ability to take complex customer requirements and craft solutions Strong writing, content development, and in-person and virtual presentation skills Experience in fintech, payments, or API-first companies is preferred Base Salary: $130,000 - 150,000 + Commission + Equity #LI-MS1 Benefits: Health, vision, and dental insurance; HSA Contribution Match Unlimited PTO 401(k) match Voluntary Life Insurance and AD&D 3% cashback on all Privacy purchases 12-weeks fully paid parental leave Work From Anywhere: work from anywhere in the world 4-weeks each year 5-Year Fully Paid 4-Week Sabbatical Program We believe in-person collaboration boosts creativity, communication, and agility, which are key to our growth.
