SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (MARKETING)

We’re Denfield. We make brands sing, content move and audiences feel something. Now, we’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent client service and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team working on key accounts within the agency. You’ll need to be ready to learn the ropes fast and get stuck in as part of a busy, tight-knit team.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant work experience is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work closely with senior colleagues and clients
  • Have experience in working across the range of services that we deliver: design and print, digital and social campaigns, DM, email, web development, film and content
  • Have a clear commercial focus and a strong understanding of clients’ businesses and their needs
  • Have exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to think on your feet
Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll support the Account Manager in day to day management of clients and campaigns, assisting with the preparation of creative briefs and ensuring clear communication between clients, suppliers and internal teams. You’ll attend meetings alongside the Account Manager, contribute to discussions and follow-ups, and help coordinate timelines and deliverables to keep projects on track. The role also involves supporting end-of-month billing, reconciliation and budget tracking, as well as preparing campaigns, updating offers and content, all while building strong client relationships and maintaining a high standard of service.
