Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Auto, Fleet & Trades team at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is an exciting opportunity for a broker looking to enhance their skill set across a range of insurance products for various industries. If you are an organized self-starter motivated to proactively manage client interactions and strengthen account relationships, we want to hear from you! We will count on you to: Develop and maintain effective client relationships by understanding their needs and proactively responding to them. Implement renewal and broking strategies based on client needs as required. Process billing requests and gather information for quotes. Develop and maintain sound working relationships with insurers and assist with negotiations. Maintain outstanding renewals, credit control, and other necessary reporting over the client portfolio. Recognize new business opportunities (new or expanded) and act on them in a timely manner. What you need to have: Minimum of 1-2 years of general or financial lines insurance broking Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher Clear and effective communication skills.
