Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who is keen to progress their insurance career to join our Transport Team within Affinity at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of Transport accounts. We will count on you to: Build and maintain good relationships with key clients. Directly engage with clients during and beyond the renewal cycle. Maintain and deepen your technical knowledge across heavy motor, liability, and marine insurance classes. Take a proactive approach to all aspects of service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. Ensure all client servicing requirements across renewals, endorsements, claims and general inquiries are met in accordance with Marsh KPI’s. Support the Team with taking a proactive approach to triaging new business opportunities through the existing client base. What you need to have: Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent). Demonstrated experience within the insurance industry as a Broker. Knowledge of General Insurance products. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Good work ethic and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
