Description Job Overview Summary The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities while managing a portfolio of high-value accounts. This role focuses on fostering strong client relationships, understanding customer security needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The SAE aims to drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts and exemplary client service. What you’ll be doing (and doing well!): Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, working toward quarterly and annual targets. Conduct research to identify new leads and expand business within existing accounts. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving security needs and align solutions accordingly. Product Knowledge & Solution Delivery Present and demonstrate the company’s security solutions, aligning them with customer objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction. Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet both client needs and company objectives. Ensure contract terms are met and maintain accurate documentation. Market Insight & Feedback Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Provide client feedback to product teams to support innovation and product enhancements. What we like about you: A Sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude Sales & Account Management Prior sales experience, ideally within the security or technology industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-value accounts. Communication & Negotiation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled in negotiating complex contracts and presenting compelling solutions to clients. Technical Knowledge Familiarity with security products and solutions is a plus. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate security services. Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Pay Transparency Statement The base salary range for this role is $93,100 - $170,900. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus or commission in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
