The next phase of growth is focused on expanding into new enterprise accounts, particularly across Utilities, Energy, and Logistics. We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive – New Business to lead that expansion. This is a true enterprise hunting role — focused on opening strategic accounts, building pipeline, and leading complex sales cycles. How you’ll operate Ultimo operates like a scale-up inside a serious enterprise software business: High ownership and autonomy Short decision-making lines Direct access to leadership Expectation to take initiative and drive outcomes CRM-driven environment with structured pipeline management You will be expected to operate with independence, discipline, and commercial judgement. What we’re looking for This role will suit someone who can demonstrate: Proven success in enterprise new business SaaS or software sales Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments Strong pipeline creation and outbound capability Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders Strong consultative, value-led selling skills Structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting Commercial resilience, ownership, and drive Experience in Utilities, Energy, Logistics, or asset-intensive industries is a strong advantage. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
