We're hiring a highly proactive sales professional to own and close net-new revenue opportunities across the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland), targeting technical buyers across SMB, SME, Enterprise, and AI segments in data infrastructure and web scraping use cases. Responsibilities -Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline targeting technical buyers (Heads of Data/Engineering/AI, CTOs, Product leaders, Founders) across SMB, SME, Enterprise, and AI segments -Run full sales cycle: discovery, technical demos, POCs, proposals, commercial negotiation, and close -Identify and engage with the Nordics tech community, attend regional events and meetups (Stockholm Tech Week, Copenhagen Tech Festival, Slush Helsinki, etc.) -Position Bright Data's web data collection, SERP APIs, datasets, and proxy infrastructure for AI and data use cases -Balance velocity motion for SMB/SME with multi-threaded enterprise cycles and AI-specific outreach Requirements - Net-new focus: Hunter mentality across SMB, SME, Enterprise, and AI; full ownership from prospecting to close - Self-starter: Comfortable with cold outreach, outbound prospecting, account research, and self-sourced pipeline creation - 3–5 years selling technical infrastructure: APIs, data tools, developer products, SaaS, or cloud services to technical buyers across multiple segments - Technical fluency: Understanding of web scraping, APIs, proxies, data pipelines, plus emerging AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, data for AI training/evaluation) - Nordics tech ecosystem knowledge: Strong understanding of SMBs, scale-ups, enterprises, and AI startups across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland (Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, Helsinki tech hubs) - Languages: High-level English; Native Nordic languages a plus
Responsibilities
Own and close net-new revenue opportunities across the Nordics by targeting technical buyers in the data infrastructure and AI segments. Manage the full sales cycle from self-sourced prospecting and technical demos to commercial negotiation and closing.
