SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in an agency environment, ideally in marketing, sponsorship, experiential, or brand activations
  • Proven success in managing projects, budgets, and client relationships with attention to detail and accountability
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting to clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
  • Experience in event management, sponsorship activations, or branded experiences is highly valued
  • Ability to work independently, find solutions proactively, and collaborate as part of a team
  • Additional language proficiency (especially Asian languages) is an advantage
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

As a Senior Account Executive (SAE), you will play an integral role within the account team and the broader client services department. You will manage and execute projects, support new business initiatives, and act as a day-to-day client liaison. The role requires building strong, lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, while ensuring excellence across all deliverables. This position is ideal for someone dynamic, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a passion for sports, entertainment, and culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact across multiple projects, building trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Support the activation and regional management of global sponsorship properties across sport, entertainment, and arts & culture
  • Assist with the development of strategy ideation, executive presentations, creative design of communication materials
  • Manage and support creative approvals across client campaigns and activations
  • Prepare formal documentation for projects including program overviews, event documentation, recap summaries, agency POV, budgets, and sell in presentations
  • Support all aspects of client and project management, including status calls, agendas, status tracker, recaps and reporting
  • Support budget management of projects including tracking, reporting, invoicing, and financial reconciliation with clients and finance teams
  • Interpret data and research to create impactful reports, best practice studies, and recommendations for clients
  • Support day-to-day team functions to help the team succeed
