Responsibilities

As a Senior Outbound Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how Teamwork.com can address their challenges and add value and efficiency to their business. This position requires a driven individual with exceptional communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong ability to build relationships.

  • Network and qualify potential customers and partnerships through outbound calls, emails, events, and other channels.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our solutions and demonstrate how they can solve current challenges
  • Collaborate with the Partnership teams to develop and execute outbound sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Continuously learn about our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and market feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with sales best practices and techniques to enhance sales effectiveness
