Job Title: Senior Account Executive - Rehabilitation Services Hybrid role, 4 times from the office/visiting clients per week.  Lifemark Health Group (LHG) is a market leader in customized healthcare solutions. Lifemark is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Account Executive - Rehabilitation Services to capitalize on significant growth opportunities within our Long-Term Disability (LTD), Disability Management (DM), and Extended Health Care (EHC) lines of business. This is a critical role focused on building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and recovering lost revenue due to the current lack of dedicated partner sales and account management. Responsibilities: * Manage and grow LTD, DM, and EHC partner relationships nationally. * Develop and execute a national third-party payer go-to-market (GTM) strategy. * Formalize contracts with warm clients and expand into structured partnerships. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the LTD, DM, and EHC markets. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, marketing, clinical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with partners. * Represent Lifemark at industry events and conferences. * Support EHC digital enablement (API/API integration for private billing). * Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. * A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales and business development selling into insurance and enterprise-level Canadian organizations. * Need to be comfortable building PPT presentations at an executive level * Good financial acumen * Extensive experience using a CRM  * Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically within the LTD, DM, or EHC sectors is highly preferred. * Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong partner relationships. * French spoken and written is an asset. * Deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare market and payer landscape. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
