Manage the sales process to support growth opportunities. Identify and source employer deals within partner frameworks. Contribute to partner-facing resources like pitch decks and FAQs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful partner initiatives. Monitor partner-driven revenue and use data insights for growth. Assist in all aspects of partner lifecycle management from onboarding to renewal. Requirements 7+ years of experience in the health benefits landscape. Proven success in consultative sales with complex stakeholders. Ability to drive new revenue opportunities across product lines. Experience managing a book of business in a health-oriented setting. Strong collaboration skills with sales and client success teams. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information.
