Compensation

  • Base Salary: $20/hour (~$41,600/year)
  • One-Time Commission: $100 per customer closed (~$130,000 – $208,000/year)

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who knows how to open doors, build trust, and close deals. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be directly responsible for driving revenue growth—and rewarded with both one-time and recurring commissions.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and run daily outbound cold calls to new business owners.
  • Deliver engaging virtual demos that clearly show BizConnect24’s value.
  • Handle objections with confidence and close deals over the phone.
  • Manage your pipeline and track activity accurately in our CRM.
  • Support new clients through onboarding to set them up for success.
  • Collaborate with teammates to smash sales goals together.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of phone-based sales experience (cold calling, SaaS, e-commerce, or subscription preferred).
  • Strong track record of meeting or beating quotas.
  • Excellent communicator with outstanding negotiation and closing skills.
  • Comfortable managing the full sales cycle virtually.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a remote setup.
  • Reliable internet and a professional home office environment.
