Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling SaaS solutions and Managed Services to C-suite executives in grocery/retail, high-end franchise-owned restaurants, and related industries. Your primary focus will be on driving new business development, building strong client relationships, and expanding revenue growth for FMS Solutions’ industry-leading SaaS platforms and turnkey managed services.
You will work closely with the FMS field and account delivery teams to drive adoption of our cloud-based accounting, payroll, and financial solutions, helping businesses optimize operations and improve profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise or commercial software sales experience or managed services sales.
  • Proven track record of selling into C-level executives in grocery/retail, restaurant chains, or related industries.
  • Understanding and experience with SaaS solutions and platforms, including accounting, financial software, AI-driven analytics, and cloud-based web and mobile applications.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, including ability to identify pain points, present solutions, and drive value-based conversations.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally (40%) to engage clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Office 360, PowerPoint.or similar platforms

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience selling cloud-based financial software, accounting solutions, or ERP platforms.
  • Familiarity with competitor SaaS platforms such as Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday, or other industry-specific solutions.
