Who are you?
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive strategic growth and expand our footprint in new and existing markets. This role is ideal for a high-performing, experienced sales leader with a strong track record in complex sales cycles, particularly within start-up or high-growth environments. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market approach, optimizing the sales process, and leading efforts that directly impact revenue and company growth.
As a senior member of the sales team, you’ll bring a data-driven mindset, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to navigate the nuances of solution-based selling. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our offerings align with market demand while building and maintaining meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Own and evolve sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Define and prioritize target markets and customer segments based on business objectives and market insights.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and positioning for new and existing products.

Pipeline Development & Lead Generation

  • Lead outbound sales efforts in collaboration with Business Development and Marketing.
  • Identify and engage key prospects through multi-channel outreach strategies.
  • Guide prospects through the full sales funnel, from discovery to close.

Revenue Ownership & Forecasting

  • Set, track, and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Use forecasting and performance data to inform sales strategy and course-correct as needed.
  • Provide detailed sales reporting and insights to leadership.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Drive customer acquisition strategies and expand reach into new verticals or regions.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers to ensure long-term value.
  • Act as a feedback loop to internal teams, identifying areas for product and service improvement.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Awareness
  • Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Leverage data and research to tailor outreach and improve value propositions.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within a fast-paced start-up or SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales processes and pipelines.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Proficient in sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Analytical and process-oriented, with a strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the medical, insurance, or legal industries.
  • Experience working with or selling to enterprise clients.
  • Prior involvement in launching products or entering new markets.
