We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager (all genders) to oversee and manage a key client account within Highsnobiety+. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the strategic direction and success of the client’s projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and experience of account management within an advertising agency, PR firm or consulting company paired with outstanding communication and leadership skills.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of account management experience, preferably within an agency, PR firm or consulting company
• Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex accounts and delivering outstanding client service
• Solid understanding of the creative, production and talent sourcing process, including design, content creation, media production and talents casting and onboarding
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools and software incl. full Microsoft Office Suite and Apple Keynote
• Automotive experience and German language skills are a plus
