About the Role As an Account Manager within our Health Solutions team, you will deliver high‑quality and compliant advice across a portfolio of group life, health, and benefits clients. You’ll support annual reviews, renewals, claims, insurer engagement, and business growth. You’ll be part of a connected and passionate team committed to achieving better outcomes for clients and Aon. Some of your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of group life, health, and benefits clients Delivering professional, compliant, high‑quality client service Supporting placement, installation, renewals, and claims Building strong relationships with insurers and internal colleagues Conducting annual client reviews Identifying new sales opportunities Maintaining accurate documentation and client records Operating in line with Aon’s Life Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements Skills and experience that will lead to success: You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – Life and Health Strand Strong communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail and quality management Sound product, legal and industry knowledge Ability to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capability Commitment to compliance, continuous improvement and learning Experience in the New Zealand life and health insurance industry (preferred) Why Aon?
