As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a vital part of our mission to ensure our clients thrive. You will have a direct impact on our company's growth by nurturing relationships and driving value for our most important asset: our customers. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction. Drive product adoption and demonstrate value for existing accounts by developing and implementing tailored customer success strategies. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals. Collaborate with our product, engineering, and support teams at our Tel Aviv headquarters to ensure a seamless client experience and proactively address any challenges. Partner with clients to understand their evolving needs, finding new ways to expand the value Appcharge provides to them. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role, with a proven track record in account management within the gaming or mobile industries. Fluency in English is mandatory; Hebrew is a strong plus. An analytical and data-driven approach to understanding client needs and demonstrating product value. The ability to work independently and take full ownership of your accounts, from onboarding through renewal. Exceptional people skills and a passion for building long-term partnerships and fostering client loyalty.
