Hire Digital is seeking a Senior Account Manager (Full-time, Remote) with strong content expertise in sustainability and ESG storytelling to join our internal team. In this role, you will manage a leading Singapore telecommunications client as your primary account, driving sustainability content strategy, overseeing content production, and ensuring consistent, high-quality storytelling across digital and internal communications channels. RESPONSIBILITIES Client Leadership Act as the primary digital partner for clients, advising on content, creative formats, and platform best practices. Translate digital marketing objectives into actionable briefs and delivery plans. Drive client alignment across performance priorities, messaging, and audience needs. Digital Content & Creative Oversight Manage production of digital assets across social, paid media, short-form video, website content, email/CRM, landing pages, and display ads. Ensure all creatives meet channel specs (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, search/display, etc.). Oversee digital content calendars, asset pipelines, and real-time creative optimisation. Digital Project & Workflow Management Own timelines, sprint cycles, approvals, and delivery sequencing for multiple workstreams. Coordinate cross-functional digital teams including designers, motion editors, copywriters, performance marketers, and web specialists. QA all digital assets for accuracy, brand compliance, and platform-readiness. Reporting & Insights Track creative delivery efficiency, digital performance indicators, and content impact by channel. Prepare clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. REQUIREMENTS Prvious experience in digital account management, content operations, or creative production. Deep understanding of digital channels, platform specs, and creative best practices. Proven success managing multi-market digital content and creative workflows. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills. Agency, performance marketing, or fast-paced digital environment experience preferred.
