Frost & Sullivan is seeking highly motivated candidate to join our Business Development Team based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Contact existing & potential new clients within existing & new accounts
  • Determine client’s needs using Consultative Sales model and meet up to the needs
  • General understanding of sales and demonstrate interest in learning the organizational sales function & domain coverage
  • Basic understanding of entire sales approach, methodology, tools, processes, general research & consulting approaches
  • Able to apply sales tools & negotiate effectively towards closure of project deals
  • Able to accurately capture client problem statements to showcase solutions
  • Able to understand the project scope & relate to the problems and issues of the clients
  • Ability to carry insightful conversations at every level up to C-level towards discovering opportunities
  • Able to work with project team in ensuring the timeliness of sales proposal submissions, client milestones & project timeliness are met
  • Ability to build personal relationships with the key industry persons as well as internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in related discipline with at least 5-6 years of experience in B2B sales experience within a consultative sales environment
  • Proven hunting abilities for new accounts and outstanding track record in account management
  • Passion for sales and an unyielding drive to succeed in an international selling environment
  • A goal-getter, results oriented, desire to acquire new knowledge,good initiative and with positive working attitude.
  • Highly motivated individuals to augment our aggressive growth plans
  • Possess drive and perseverance to ensure all opportunities are uncovered and pursued
  • An excellent communicator; articulate and persuasive, and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills
