COUNSELTRON LTD., a privately owned importer of consumer goods for the past 40 years, is looking for a Bilingual Senior National Account Manager. This sales role will focus on product placement into to Canada’s top retailers. This person will be provided National and Regional Accounts and will require setting up meetings with these prospective accounts and laser focusing on opening these retail doors with our products.

JOB SUMMARY

The BILINGUAL Senior National Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives to expand market presence in QUEBEC and other markets.

EXPERIENCE

• Bilingual Verbal and written knowledge of the French/English language required
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans
• University degree OR College Diploma in business, marketing, or related.
• 7+ years of proven successful sales track record required within the Consumer Goods- Health or Cookware industry.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills (verbal/written).
• Capable to organize, plan and execute tasks reliably and independently.
• Able to think logically around issues & tasks and provide solutions.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• A true ability to open doors and close business in these class of trades
