Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 base (+variable compensation, equity, and benefits)
Estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000 - $180,000 per year
Core Hours: 9 AM - 1 PM PST / 12 - 4 PM EST

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who brings the perfect mix of relationship-builder and revenue-driver. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of key clients, delivering white-glove service while tactically rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. You’ll spot opportunities before they’re obvious, solve problems with creativity, and treat every challenge as a chance to win.
You’ll be goaled on upsells, so growth-focused thinking is key — always spotting opportunities to expand accounts while keeping retention rock-solid. With your expertise in performance marketing and CTV, you’ll launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across both the tvScientific platform as well as third party measurement, attribution, and analytics tools.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and grow a portfolio of high-impact client accounts across diverse industries.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns — delivering ROI and results that wow.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, including regular check-ins and CTV/digital media strategy discussions.
  • Create and execute account plans that drive revenue, retention, and durable partnership growth.
  • Partner with sales, product, and support to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Analyze campaign data, share insights, and implement optimizations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, bringing fresh ideas, industry knowledge, and best practices to the table.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to anticipate and solve client challenges.
  • Support and mentor junior account managers.

YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE

  • Bring 5+ years of sales or account management experience managing a diverse book of business.
  • Can read campaign data like a story and turn it into clear, actionable next steps.
  • Deliver true white-glove service — anticipating client needs before they ask and going the extra mile every time.
  • Can build relationships that feel like partnerships and know how to navigate complex client needs.
  • Are just as comfortable strategizing big-picture growth plans as you are picking up the phone to check in with a client before they reach out to us.
  • Love spotting new opportunities, asking the right questions, and finding creative ways to grow accounts.
  • Are driven by results and obsessed with creating exceptional client experiences.
