Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Account Manager to lead and grow key client relationships within our Metering – Support Services division. This is a pivotal role where you will drive business growth, oversee service delivery, and lead a high-performing team across Account Management and Meter Billing/Disputes.
You will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence while identifying new opportunities to expand our services. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering strategic initiatives, optimising billing processes, and enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients through regular engagement.
  • Lead governance across all client workstreams, acting as the voice of Calisen.
  • Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities aligned with client goals.
  • Oversee the delivery of client projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues to ensure retention.
  • Deliver performance reporting and insights to clients, demonstrating ROI.
  • Support contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and scope changes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, managing disputes to resolution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Billing/Disputes professionals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and ensure compliance with regulations.
