Internally, you're the glue that brings together strategy, creative, social, digital and PR teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and projects are delivered to an exceptional standard.

The Person We're Looking For

• Someone who:Has 3-4 years agency experience
• Has worked across brand digital, websites, integrated media, content, social, influencers
• Understands digital media including SEM, AEO/GEO, paid social
• AI literate with strong discernment and taste.
• Learns quickly and thinks critically.
• Has excellent commercial instincts.
• Loves solving problems and finding opportunities.
• Is proactive and reactive.
• Is highly organised and thrives on juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Knows when to lead and when to bring in specialist expertise.
• Communicates with confidence and clarity.
• Has exceptionally high standards.
• Enjoys working collaboratively and bringing out the best themselves and in others.
