We’re Hiring | Senior Account Manager (Client Servicing) 📍 Location: Egypt 🏢 Industry: Advertising 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager (SAM) to join our Client Servicing team. This role is key in managing client relationships and acting as the main liaison between clients and the creative team to ensure successful campaign delivery and account growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain strong relationships with multiple client accounts Coordinate with the creative team to ensure projects are delivered on time Communicate daily with clients regarding ongoing and upcoming projects Initiate new jobs and manage client pitches and advertising budgets Present concepts, layouts, and copy to clients for approval Communicate client feedback to internal teams and align on next steps Grow business volume within existing accounts and support new account acquisition Achieve assigned revenue targets across managed accounts Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field 4–6 years of experience in the marketing or advertising industry Very good command of English (written & spoken) Strong communication, organization, and client-handling skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Must be a resident of Heliopolis, Nasr City, or nearby areas
