Job Description As part of Visa’s Large Banking Groups team, you will manage and grow relationships with a network of banks across Germany. This role is about building strong partnerships with many individual institutions, introducing innovative payment solutions, and coordinating initiatives that help these banks thrive in a rapidly increasing their card penetration and evolving their digital landscape. What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of regional banks, ensuring strong engagement and adoption of Visa products and services Identify opportunities across multiple institutions to enhance customer experience and drive growth Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders at regional and local levels Coordinate projects and initiatives across Visa and client organizations to deliver strategic objectives Collaborate internally with marketing, product, and consulting teams to support client success Qualifications Experience managing multiple client relationships, ideally in financial services or payments Strong understanding of the German cooperative banking sector Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders Commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities Fluent in German and English Master’s degree or equivalent qualification Why Join Visa?
