We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of a Senior Business Manager for Direct Business in Czech.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in similar role, or in the role of Commercial Director.
  • Very good knowledge in the area of selling Microsoft services and products.
  • Good knowledge of SEE markets.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation, as well as sales processes.
  • Highly developed communication skills, ability to network and build professional relationships
  • Ability to work in virtual environment
  • Willingness to undertake business travel
  • Good command of English & Czech languages
Responsibilities
  • Acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio of products and services among existing clients, including the public sector.
  • Building and maintaining long-term, sustainable relationships with clients and analyzing their needs.
  • Being responsible for the Czech market.
  • Implementing the established sales plans according to the company’s strategy.
  • Managing the process of negotiation and renegotiation of contracts.
  • Preparing presentations and offers.
  • Actively creating interest in technological solutions and analyzing market trends.
