Description
Manage regional responsibility for assigned EMS accounts by overseeing demand fulfillment and demand creation activities Drive revenue growth and gain market share by achieving team and individual business targets Identify high-potential projects and allocate resources and competencies to secure design wins with support from relevant departments Monitor sales performance and demand creation activities while ensuring timely and detailed sales reporting Collaborate closely with marketing, application engineers, and management to achieve design win target objectives Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing partnerships If you have a passion for delivering results and strong relationship-building skills, you will be a great fit for this role. To excel, you will need a combination of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication abilities. Hold at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mandatory) Have 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry (mandatory) Demonstrate an excellent understanding of EMS/ODM business models (mandatory) Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities (mandatory) Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong presentation skills (mandatory) Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills for successful business interactions (mandatory) Thrive under pressure while balancing internal and external demands (mandatory) Be adept at articulating business proposals across different management levels (preferred) Fluent in written and spoken English at a business level (mandatory) Hold a valid U.S. visa (mandatory) We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
