WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
To excel as a Senior Account Manager at Enable Dental, candidates must possess a diverse skill set aimed at fostering strong client relationships and achieving strategic goals. Key skills include the ability to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts while building rapport with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders. Developing and implementing comprehensive account plans to drive revenue and patient acquisition is essential, alongside effective management of ongoing contract relationships to ensure seamless service delivery. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is necessary to track account performance and client interactions, while strong analytical skills are crucial for presenting insights, including NPS and CSAT survey results. The candidate should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities by managing escalations and grievances promptly, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Collaboration with internal teams, project management, and leading Joint Operating Committees (JOCs) will further enhance client satisfaction and establish tailored solutions. Staying informed about industry trends and client priorities will ultimately lead to new business development opportunities.
