WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

To excel as a Senior Account Manager at Enable Dental, candidates must possess a diverse skill set aimed at fostering strong client relationships and achieving strategic goals. Key skills include the ability to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts while building rapport with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders. Developing and implementing comprehensive account plans to drive revenue and patient acquisition is essential, alongside effective management of ongoing contract relationships to ensure seamless service delivery. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is necessary to track account performance and client interactions, while strong analytical skills are crucial for presenting insights, including NPS and CSAT survey results. The candidate should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities by managing escalations and grievances promptly, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Collaboration with internal teams, project management, and leading Joint Operating Committees (JOCs) will further enhance client satisfaction and establish tailored solutions. Staying informed about industry trends and client priorities will ultimately lead to new business development opportunities.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to achieve revenue and patient acquisition goals.
  • Drive client satisfaction by managing ongoing contract relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Project Management) to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage escalations, complaints, and grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution aligns with client needs and organizational standards.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track account performance, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Present account performance data and insights to clients, including NPS/CSAT survey results.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and new business development.
  • Lead the sales process for assigned accounts, from initial engagement through contract execution.
  • Maintain accountability for overall client satisfaction by seeking regular input and feedback.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and adherence to budget.
  • Stay informed about client priorities, challenges, and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to provide tailored solutions.
  • Run Joint Operating Committees (JOCs) with clients to align on goals, performance metrics, and action plans.
  • Ensure appropriate utilization management to optimize resources and deliver value to clients.
